Privacy policy
What we collect about you
Your name, email and password hash (account); your network entries (who you know and how); your searches and their results; support tickets; billing status from Stripe. We do not store card numbers — Stripe does.
Why
To run the service, meter your allowance, answer your requests and bill you. Legal basis: performance of the contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Who sees it
Our hosting provider and Stripe (billing). Nobody else; we do not sell or share your data.
How long
For the life of your account, then deleted within 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, portability and objection. Delete your account yourself from the Account page, or write to us through Support.
Public people in the graph
The graph describes public people from public sources, with the date and source of every fact. It contains no contact details and no minors. See Where our data comes from for the sources and how to object.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS only, with strict transport security and a content security policy. Passwords are stored as hashes, never in clear. Card numbers never reach our servers: Stripe collects and holds them. Our database accepts no connection from the internet, and each part of the service connects with its own least-privilege account; none runs as a database administrator. Account data is backed up every hour. If a breach ever affects your data, we tell you and the supervisory authority within 72 hours.
