Terms of service
The service
Kinvale shows, from the public people you say you know, who could introduce you to a public person you want to reach. It computes paths from public relationship data; it does not provide contact details, and it does not contact anyone on your behalf.
Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for your credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page; deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Subscription and billing
The service is billed monthly at the displayed price, through Stripe, with no commitment. You can cancel from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Each Find a path or Discover action uses one of the 100 searches included in each billing period; a Find a path search that finds no path is not counted; unused searches do not carry over.
Acceptable use
You use the service for legitimate business networking. You must not use it to harass, stalk or discriminate, nor to automate collection of its results. Accounts used that way are closed.
What we promise, and what we don't
Paths are computed from public facts with their date and source. A path is a lead, not a guarantee that two people know each other today. An undated link is flagged as such. We do not guarantee that a path exists or that an introduction will happen.
Your network entries
What you record about your relationships stays private to your account and never joins the public graph.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days ahead.
